Though the 2020 TERRIFICON show has been canceled due to the restrictions in the four phase Connecticut reopening plan after the COVID19 outbreak, you can buy spots for the 2021 show - now - still at this year's rates!
NOTE: EXHIBITORS; For those artists and dealers who purchased spaces for the 2020 show, your paid spots are secured at this year’s rate and will automatically carry over for TERRIFICON 2021. If you would like to cancel your space and obtain a refund, you can do that as well. Simply contact me via email at: Mitch@ctcomicon.com with your business information to begin the process. Please note, that if later on you change your mind and decide that you do want to return for the 2021 event you must submit a new application for the space(s), if they are still available.

Loading areas are ground level, no ramps, elevators - quick and easy. Though we provide you with booth furniture (table, chairs) you can bring as much additional shelving, tables and displays you want that can fit in your space.

Demers Exposition Services is the approved decorator for the 2021 “TerrifiCon: CT’s Terrific Comic Con” event taking place July 30 - August 1, 2021. They will send information in advance with the loadin/out information. Reading and understanding this information will save time and avoid confusion during your move-in. Your move in hours are will be posted in late July -- Our FLOOR MANAGERS will be there to answer any questions you have.

LOAD - IN/SET-UP INFORMATION:
YOU WILL RECEIVE A LETTER FROM DEMERS EXPO WITH LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SHOW.
COME TO THE DEMERS EXPO INFORMATION TABLE TO CHECK -IN (ITS LOCATED IN EXPO CENTER NEAR REAR GARAGE DOORS.

CONNECTICUT SALES TAX INFORMATION:
You must obtain a Sales and Use Tax Permit from the Connecticut Department of Revenue Service if you will be selling at a flea market, craft show, trade show, antique show, fair, etc. in Connecticut even if you will only be making sales for one day. You must display the permit prominently in your booth or table. You must obtain a Sales and Use Tax Permit before making any sales. The requirement to obtain a permit applies to individuals, corporations, partnerships, and all other business entities that will make sales in this state, regardless of the number of sales that will be made or the amount of tax that will be collected. As a seller, you are responsible to collect sales and use taxes and you are liable for their payment whether or not you collect them as required from your customers. You must file returns and pay the full amount of tax due DRS.
Note: Failure to obtain a tax permit will result in a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment of not more than three months, or both, for each offense. You need to file for a business tax permit with the CT Department of Revenue Service, and you must pay taxes to the state on all of your sales within the State of Connecticut, excluding non-taxable items. The license generally costs $100 and lasts for 5 years (That's $20 per year for being able to do business within CT.) You can find the information/forms you need on their website:
