What are the ticket prices for TERRIFICON® 2027?

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available online through Ticketmaster via the Tickets page. You can also purchase at the door on show days (cash and card accepted), or at any of our six local comic shop partners across Connecticut.
Are tickets refundable?
Ticket sales are generally final. In the event of a cancellation or major schedule change, refund policies will be communicated directly through Ticketmaster. For specific refund inquiries, please contact Ticketmaster support directly.
Is there a VIP package available?
The VIP F.O.O.T. Package (Friends Of Our Team) for 2027 goes on sale Dec. 1, 2027 at Noon EST. Check back then or follow us on social media for announcements.
Do children need a ticket?
Children under 10 years old get in FREE — no ticket required. Kids ages 10–13 receive discounted admission. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Where is TERRIFICON® held?
TERRIFICON® 2027 is held at the Mohegan Sun Earth Expo Center, located at 1 Mohegan Sun Blvd., Uncasville, CT 06382. The Expo Center is inside the Mohegan Sun resort complex.
Is parking free?
Yes — parking is always FREE at Mohegan Sun. The resort has extensive parking garages and surface lots. Follow signs to the Earth Expo Center upon arrival.
What are the show hours?
- Friday, August 13: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday, August 14: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday, August 15: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Is the venue accessible for guests with disabilities?
Yes. The Mohegan Sun Earth Expo Center is fully ADA-accessible with wheelchair-accessible entrances, restrooms, and pathways throughout the show floor. Accessible parking is available in the resort's parking facilities. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Are there hotels nearby?
Mohegan Sun has an on-site hotel — the Mohegan Sun Hotel — connected directly to the resort. Additional hotels are available within a short drive. We recommend booking early as rooms fill up fast during convention weekend.
How do autographs work at TERRIFICON®?
Most comic book creator guests sign for free — you simply bring your items to their table and wait in line. Some headliners may have a nominal signing fee; check individual guest announcements for details.
Media/celebrity guests charge for autographs. Pricing varies by guest and is listed on the Media Guests page. Autograph tickets can often be pre-purchased online.
How do professional photo ops work?
Professional photo ops with media guests are ticketed separately and take place in a dedicated photo area. Tickets must be purchased in advance through the links on the Media Guests page. Photos are printed on-site and available for pickup shortly after your session.

Can I bring my own items to be signed?
Absolutely — bringing your own comics, prints, posters, and collectibles is encouraged and part of the fun! There is no limit on personal items for comic creator signings. For media guests, individual policies may apply; check with the guest's handler at the show.
Are all announced guests guaranteed to appear?
We do our best to confirm all guests well in advance. However, cancellations can occasionally occur due to scheduling conflicts, health, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, we will announce it on our social media channels and website as soon as possible.
Note: Jim Lee is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday only.
Is cosplaying allowed?
Absolutely! Cosplay is a beloved part of TERRIFICON and we encourage attendees to dress up as their favorite characters. We just ask that all costumes remain family-friendly and comply with our guidelines below.
Can I wear a cosplay mask or helmet?
Yes, masks and helmets are permitted as part of a costume. However, security may ask you to briefly remove your mask or helmet for identification purposes at entry. Please cooperate with staff requests.
How do I enter if I have an elaborate costume?
Attendees with large or elaborate costumes should allow extra time at entry for inspection. Security staff will check props and costumes at the door. If your costume includes oversized pieces, wings, or structural elements, please be mindful of other attendees in crowded areas.
Are there any restrictions on what I can wear?
All costumes must be family-friendly and appropriate for a public event attended by children. The following are not permitted:
- Costumes that expose private areas or are excessively revealing
- Costumes that promote hate, discrimination, or offensive imagery
- Costumes that could be mistaken for real law enforcement or security uniforms
- Any costume that prevents you from being able to see clearly or move safely
TERRIFICON management reserves the right to ask any attendee to modify or remove a costume that violates these guidelines.
Is there a costume contest?
Yes! TERRIFICON hosts a cosplay contest. Details on categories, judging, and registration will be announced closer to the event. Follow our social media and check the Schedule page for updates.
Are weapons and props allowed?
Props are welcome as part of your costume, but all props are subject to inspection at the door. The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Functional firearms (including airsoft guns, BB guns, cap guns, paintball guns, and pellet guns)
- Realistic replica firearms
- Functional projectile weapons (including blowguns, crossbows, and longbows)
- Explosives (including firecrackers and fireworks)
- Chemical weapons (including mace and pepper spray)
- Blunt weapons (including brass knuckles, clubs, and nunchaku)
- Metal swords (as props or for sale — see policy below)
Prop bows are allowed provided all arrows have soft tips. Prop lightsabers are permitted.
Any prop deemed unsafe or threatening by TERRIFICON staff will not be permitted inside the venue.
What is the metal sword policy?
The sale of metal swords is not allowed at TERRIFICON. Metal swords may not be sold or used as cosplay props inside the venue.
Is cosplay allowed?
Yes! Cosplay is welcomed and celebrated at TERRIFICON®. We host a Cosplay Contest on the main stage — check the Panels & Specials page for contest times and rules.
All costumes must comply with Mohegan Sun's policies. Prop weapons must be peace-bonded and clearly non-functional. No live steel, projectile weapons, or costumes that obstruct vision or movement in a way that could endanger others.
Forbidden items include: No metal swords.
Metal swords may not be sold.

Is there food available at the show?
Yes — Mohegan Sun has a wide variety of restaurants, food courts, and concessions throughout the resort. The Expo Center itself may have concession options on the show floor. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages in sealed containers are generally permitted.
Can I be a vendor or artist at TERRIFICON®?
Vendor and Artist Alley spaces for 2027 go on sale Dec. 1, 2027 at Noon EST on a first-come, first-served basis. Visit the Vendor & Artist Alley page for space types and pricing.
