How Pro Photo Ops Work

Pre-Order Online

Browse available guest photo ops and purchase your session in advance. Pre-ordering guarantees your spot and often saves you time at the show.

Pick Up Your Pass

On the day of your session, visit the Photo Op check-in area to pick up your printed pass. Bring your confirmation email or order number.

Get Your Photo

Arrive at the Photo Op area a few minutes before your scheduled time. A professional photographer will capture your moment with the guest.

Photo Op FAQ

Do I need a separate ticket to attend the show?
Yes. A photo op pass does not include admission to TERRIFICON®. You must purchase a separate show ticket to enter the convention. Photo op passes are add-ons to your admission ticket.
Can I buy photo op passes at the door?
On-site photo op passes may be available at the show, but availability is not guaranteed. Pre-ordering online is strongly recommended, especially for popular guests, as sessions can sell out before the show.
What should I bring to my photo op session?
Bring your printed or digital confirmation email, your photo op pass, and your show admission ticket. Arrive at the Photo Op area a few minutes before your scheduled session time.
Can I bring props or costumes?
Costumes are welcome! Props are subject to approval by the photo op staff and must comply with TERRIFICON® prop policies. Large or potentially hazardous props may not be permitted in the photo op area.
When will I receive my photo?
Photos are typically printed on-site and available for pickup shortly after your session. Digital delivery options, if available, will be communicated at the time of your session.
What is the refund policy for photo ops?
Photo op passes are generally non-refundable. If a guest cancels their appearance, a full refund will be issued for that guest's photo op. Please review the terms at the time of purchase for full details.
Are group photo ops available?
Group photo op availability varies by guest. When available, group sessions will be listed separately in the pre-order system. Each person in the photo must have their own pass.
